How to Create a Bideo Account and Set Up Your Channel

A Bideo account lets you like, comment, follow creators, chat and upload your own videos. Setting it up properly from day one also helps people find and remember your channel.

Two ways to sign up

1. Sign up with your mobile number

1. Open Bideo and tap Sign up.
2. Enter a username, your 10-digit mobile number and a password.
3. Tap to create your account.

2. Continue with Google

1. Open Bideo and choose Continue with Google.
2. Pick the Google account you want to use.

Both methods give you the same features. Use whichever is easier for you to remember.

Choosing a good username

Your username identifies you on Bideo. The rules are simple:

• 3 to 30 characters
• Letters, numbers, underscores (_) and periods (.)
• No spaces

Tips for a username people remember:

• Keep it short and easy to spell (for example chef.priya or comedy_ravi).
• Match the name you use on other platforms, if possible.
• Avoid random numbers unless your name is already taken.

Set up your channel

Once you are signed in, open your channel and edit your profile:

• Channel name — the name viewers see. Make it clear what your channel is about.
• Profile photo — a clear face photo or simple logo works best.
• Cover image — a wide banner that shows your style or topic.
• Bio (About) — one or two lines about what you post and how often.
• Social links — add your other profiles so fans can follow you everywhere.

Tip: A complete profile builds trust. Viewers are more likely to follow a channel with a photo, a clear name and a short bio.

Keep your account secure

• Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
• Never share your password or verification codes with anyone — Bideo staff will never ask for them.
• If you forget your password, tap Forgot password on the login screen.
